Unhappy Help with a sputtering issue

I recently tried mhd e40 map. The low pressure pump was just recently replaced (with oem about 10k ago) so I figured with logging it would have enough pressure to test the waters with.

I did an initial log and there wasn't any glaring issues so I had fun with it the past couple of day. It was running smooth and had zero timing corrections unlike the stage 2+ tune. I have had no issues with it until today.

I was driving it around having a few WOT pulls when I started to notice a bit of missing/shuddering. 20 minutes later, It was really bad so I started to log it. I noticed my rail pressure dive at wot but I think it may be caused by something else. If I made It misfire (gas and brake), I can get it to throw a combustion misfire cyl 6 code. I have spent the last hour looking though the log and I can't really fine any causes.

Here's the log if someone can spot the issue(this was done by brake boosting). Any help would be appreciated.

List of $#@! I replaced on my favorite money pit (119k-149k miles):
    Up stream o2 sensors.
    All injectors
Coils and spark plugs(ngk gapped at .18 i think)
    valve cover
    turbos
    decatted cats

will update / fix the post when I'm not sleep deprived

plugs are basically 10-15k maintenance items with the stock coils still on there, I'd look there first

Coils are about 10K old. I'll try swapping it down and see if the code moves down the cylinders.

It didn't move with coils. I'm going to swap injectors and see if the code changes cylinders.

Perhaps spark blow-out at higher levels of boost?

I think I'm missing the decoupler ring on that injector. I think that the injector seal leaking at high boost. I'm replacing both the seal and installing the decoupling ring. Hopefully I didn't ruin the head

Turns out it was the injector seal. I replaced it and added the missing decoupler ring and all is good.
