500+ horsepower E89 Z4 with Vargas turbo safe?

    Hi Friends

I'm new here and I'm very excited to read your engine improvement :-)

I've a wonderfull Z4 E89 with a N54 engine, i wish to push it at 510 Hp, with a Vargas twin turbo Kit.

In your opinion, how the engine is robust ? How many HP is possible to have without internal new part (i.e. pistons, crankshaft, connecting rods)

I moved your post to its own thread. Stop spamming your post across multiple threads that aren't on the topic. It's rude and annoying.

As far as answering your question, yes, you'll be fine with 500 horsepower.

If it can be done on stock turbos it would be of ease on upgraded twins

In terms of the block. 550whp should be no problem at all.
    Best:11.79@119mph on stock turbos.
    11.74@129 on GCs.

Stage 2's on good quality pump gas will land you near 500 whp, probably a little shy (octane limited) on a reasonable daily driver type tune. Add meth or a light ethanol blend and you'll easily be over 500 whp.
