Worlds First Single Turbo RHD bottom mount

So I've been working on this kit with a very skilled fabricator for JDtuning aka @JD75

The manifold is from Motiv, GTS3584RS turbo and everything else is custom hand made

Its been just over 12 months but the prototype is finally finished.

Just showing you guys the amount of work that is needed in a RHD version

Going to be doing tuning and testing over the weekend

and a small video, sounds insane.

What scavenge pump are you using for the oil drain? Does it need to be gravity fed still? Hard to tell from the pics but it looks like the line from the reservoir to the pump goes "up" some.

Looks cool... I've had mixed results with oil return pumps in the past but sometimes you have no choice.

Line from reservoir to pump is level although it does have a breather to CC as well.

The work is a credit to Marty and the fabricator. I am a happy bunny now my car is alive again.

So the pump has 3 fittings? Inlet from reservoir, outlet to oil pan, and a breather to crank case? Do you have the part number of the pump? And do you know if it can be ran dry? I am interested for a separate project.

We only picked weldon because it has a proven track record, is whisper quiet and only draws 5.5amps

I made a little circut for it and it only turns on after it detects oil pressure and only turns off after the oil pressure has dropped below 5psi as thats when the one way ball valve stops flowing to the turbo

This way this pump will never run dry or let the turbo pool up with oil

    Thanks for the positive comments.
Marty and the Fabricator deserve the accolades.
Without Marty's mechanical help and input it would be still in the shop.

Long drive into the Blue Mountains today to use up the old fuel. No leaks, no codes...Nada. Totally different to drive compared with twin turbos, but this set-up will be a hoot with my auto and 3.85 rear end.

Installed the adv sensors and flashed to suit

XHP flashed the gearbox with xhp v1.5 for single turbo, wow did it wake the car up.

Just waiting on the flash to be finished up, just running around on spring pressure for the moment

Still have to install the PR coils over the next few days.

This is how auto's should have come from the factory.

wouldn't quite say that, pretty sure it's going to be hilariously expensive

6boost will be out for the masses soon, cheap. Plus the existing mid priced option/s

this is for the people with limitless wallets and don't want the loud looking top mount.

Got the first custom flash loaded up tonight and done some logs on map 2.

Things aren't ideal but close and thing pulls like a freight train.

Need to adjust a few things and get it up on the dyno next week

Just keeping things safe for now.
