    • RK Autowerks fully built BMW F90 M5 S63TU2 V8 with CP pistons, darton sleeves, Carillo rods, port injection, custom crankshaft, custom cams, + CNC ported heads

RK Autowerks you can say specializes in the S63 4.4 liter twin turbo V8 BMW engine architecture. You likely saw over the years some of their parts such as the beautiful S63 supplemental port fuel injection manifolds they make.

Well, in case you still have doubts RK Autowerks is building their F90 M5 to the hilt. Essentially, this is an all out build to lay claim to the title of baddest M5 on the planet.

The engine looks more than up to task:

      Carrillo Rods with CARR bolts
      CP pistons
      Darton sleeves
      ARP head studs
      ARP main studs
      5 axis Cnc cylinder heads
      Custom RK crank
      Balanced and blueprinted
The goal is ~1500 horsepower or so. BimmerBoost does not doubt the power level will be reached but what tricks does RK Autowerkes have in store for the automatic driveline to hold that power? We look forward to finding out.

Impressive so far. I look forward to seeing the results! Hopefully it doesn't end up as a dyno queen.

These F90's are the total opposites actually! They do great in the real world.

Impressive. Port injection using even just gasoline should help extend walnut blasting interval.
