    • Easy 9's? JB4 tuned BMW F92 M8 S63TU2 V8 runs 10.1@132 with 0-60 in 2.55 seconds

Does the F92 M8 have a slight advantage over the F90 M5? Well, it is close but the M8 is rather easily showing low 10-second capability with simple bolt on modifications. Not only are low 10's impressive, breaking into the 9's seems well within reach.

      BMW F92 M8 mods:

      JB4 Map 5
      BMS intake
3 gallons of MS109 mixed with 91 octane fuel

So a JB4, BMS intake, and a few gallons of MS109 get you this:

Hustling this boat to 60 in 2.5 seconds is just incredible. We're bound to see a 9-second bolt on run from an M8 any day now whether it be with GPS timing or on a strip.

The car is on the verge of 9's with a little over a grand spent. Not bad at all.

I mean sure, after you spend $150,000 on the car.

Can't fault it for responding well to cheap mods despite being the Halo car.

Amazing how far things have gone. Imagine the possibility with bigger turbos and more.

Since it shares a motor with the F90 M5 I wonder if we will start to see problems bending rods on these too once tuned a bit.

The car continues to amaze. Our F90 M5 is my favorite car in the garage these days. And we have a lot of them. Click here to enlarge
