    After Everything Methanol still showing lower Flow

    I used to have full flow methanol pinned on JB4 interface,Now im showing on interface 42.Youll probably say its normal but i see others with meth logs pinned on interface.I have changed everything,new meth lines,new solenoid,new cm 1.2gpm pump.Purged properly.Im using a cm10 & cm07 with the log attached.its with out inline filter,if i left inline filter it would be less flow.Also to get this flow im almost all the turned in the pressure hex screw on pump,is that bad?Im using 14 gauge wire for power to pump.I Am getting 12v to pump.So few questions.
    -Can the resisitor(red/black wire)cause issues,can i try without?
    -Can the fsb cause this too?
    -is there anything else i can check
    -the screw for pump is turned almost all the way in for this flow reading shown on log,is that ok for pump
    My setup
    fbo,single turbo,Bms meth with fsb V1,latest hex and firmware JB4

    3rd to 5th log Meth Ok Little Low.csv

    Looks like you set the flow input for an Aquamist flow sensor, but you have an FSB sensor, right? They use different voltage ranges. So fix that under FutureUseD settings and relog.

    did log today with fud bit2,6,7 disabled only and FUA still at 60,meth reading is exact as other log posted.When meth kicks in it seems to gradually kick on,not that instant on i used to get before.i have Duty bias set to
    3000=80
    3500=90
    4000 & ^ =100
    in log at 4000 its still gradually increasing instead of full showing.Cant figure out what else it can be,i have literally changed everything for the meth sytem except for the fsb v1.i am at a loss at this point

    bit 4 is what has to be set to 0. If you are unable to disable bit4 maybe interface is out of date or has some issue, feel free to email in if you need further help with it.

    How old is your setup?

    Mine ran flawlessly for a few years then I just couldn't get max flow... Swapped pumps and voila! Ended up taking the old pump apart and cleaning it out, swapped it back in for $#@!s and giggles.. It was just a bit clogged up inside, after the cleaning it worked perfectly again.

    OPs problem was just the voltage input stting on the JB4. It was set for Aquamist not BMS FSB, and is now resolved. Click here to enlarge

    But pumps do wear out over time so if all else fails sometimes they need to be swapped out.
