    991 GT3 hotness - Purple 911 GT3 on gold rims

The 991 GT3 is beautiful car right off the showroom floor. With an aggressive body kit from the factory including a wing and center exit rear diffuser Porsche engineers already did the work for you. That said, little modifications can go a long way. Take this purple 991 GT3 example here. All that was done was the stock gunmetal rims were painted gold and the windows were tinted. The end result is a much more striking car.

Purple on gold? Hey, it works. Hard to argue with these pictures:

Agreed. Love the body color but not sold on the gold wheels. I like the more understated look of the gunmetal wheels personally. But as I always say, to each their own!

I'm patiently waiting here...I could certainly get a '12 991 S but hate financing. Good things will always come to those who wait :-)

I do have to say Porche's sure hold their re-sale value. Silver or black would be my first choice, but dark purple is spot on.

Try comparing them to the resale value of a M5 or M3, or any M for that matter, is my point.
