Prior Design previews their F12/F13 BMW M6 PD6XX body kit

Preview of body kits with renderings are something BimmerBoost tends to dismiss as the renderings always tend to look better than the finished product. There are exceptions here as Prior Design's products usually follow their renderings pretty damn closely and look great. Additionally, the F12/F13 M6 being relatively new means there are not exactly a ton of widebody options out there for the car. This one is shaping up nicely to say the least.

Take a look at the pictures below, what do you think? Other than the boy racer wing and the front fender vents if Prior Design pulls it off looking just like the renderings this will be the nicest kit available for the F12/F13 M6. Ok, the roof scoop is pretty ridiculous too, what is it feeding air to? The trunk?

Ditch the wing and the roof scoop and I'm sold. Love it. Plus it gives room for the tire that these things badly need.

I didn't notice the scoop until reading you post, but it sure is stupid looking. I could understand the wing for the road course, but in any other situation, it just wastes gas.

I never thought I would see a totally useless roof scoop from a company like Prior Design.

Roof scoop is lol worthy, the general stance is pretty sick though.

I don't think the roof scoop will make production. At least I hope it won't.

+1 they would just be options for the kit anyway, so easy enough to do. Absolutely love the car otherwise. I love their current kits for e9x as well

So the final product finally surfaced.
    Fortunately they ditched the roofscoop.
