I'm sure most of you have seen them running around and what not. Any opinion or interesting facts on them?

Nice, I heard they have 200hp. Didn't plan on doing anything crazy so it's not to much of a problem. Really like the styling and the size of it, what color you have it in?

Its white I'll post a pic tomorrow. It has a TRD exhaust and intake. Adds a few HP and it sounds really good

Haven't had the luxury of seeing it in orange yet, mostly just black...and more black haha. One white one as well, that's all that really is around here :/.

I absolutely love the FRS. If it had made closer to 300hp i would have owned one..... Its begging for a damn turbo, and the current kits arent exactly awe-inspiring...

I own one currently... Love it, the handling is amazing but it's short on HP and has a nasty tq dip below 3k. Some basic suspension mods and wheels and tires make a world of difference in an already fun car.

Only hear great things from owners at the track (with some mods for track duty). "Great feedback and well balanced"

Vortech's kit is the best option out there for balanced and consistent power... The car is only 75-100 crank HP short of being a terror.

Great looking car, about 150hp shy of being purchase worthy though.

Wonder why the made it so weak, it could have had some potential. Guess it's the same thing as making the tc fwd.

I would argue its very stong at its intended purpose and thats handling. It was not meant to a straightline car

I would go FR-S man. The reliability, handling and fun factor is probably at another level of better. Just my 2 cents.

I would take teh FRS over the 330CI for a variety or reasons.

    1. Its new so you get a warranty. You can also opt for aero, suspension and exhaust mods from TRD while keeping the warranty

    2. The aftermarket for the car is exploding wide open. Big brakes, Wheels, Suspension, Cams, Exhaust, Boost etc...

The car has great potential for someone who wants to play with it. Not mention its not common you dont see them everywhere.

+1 to this. Some of the guys in my area are boosted and pushing just over 300hp now. It also handles on rails if you ever decide to track it too!

I almost bought one as a lil project car but decided to get another 335. But I may revisit that later as a track toy.

Strap on a turbo kit there a good amount of them available some have made over 400whp on stock internals/tranny. Which is what made it interesting for me.

It' cheap, it's ugly, it's underpowered, anyone can own one, and I wouldn't even want to ever be seen in one. That's my opinion.

It definitely turns heads (for better or worse), the Subaru version is priced higher (slightly more exclusive), and it's easy to swing the rear out, if that means anything to you. If I was in the market for a new entry-level sports car, that'd prob be my first choice.
