    Boss 302 2:02 @ Buttonwillow C13 & A little burn out :)

    Ran a 2:02:008 @ Buttonwillow C13

Vid is of a 2:04 had to let off at the end to let a car pass and camera ran out of space for the 2:02

I think this is a very good lap time, car is showing its capabilities...time for some coilovers soon as I think I'm pretty much at its limits

Highly moddified miata. It's a pretty technical track and all the lightweight cars (miata,s2000,Elise) just rule there. Most the cars in my group all run race tires/r comps and are fully modded

Nice racing man. I see you keep improving. Good job!! You should try taking video from inside the cabin if you can, it's much more exciting to watch when you can see the driver shifting too. Thanks for posting.

Hey Charles Ng is a phenomenal driver but that BW13 2:03.5 lap was in a later model 2.2L car with wider wheels and tires. Not a showroom stock 99 car. I don't think we can use it here."

Thanks. I think the later comment is more accurate. But if it was indeed a stock car, all i can say is wow.

    Nice lap.

So the 302 a keeper? You have gone through some cars in the past.

Definitely a fun track car. Great to see you doing what it was built to do.

Repped ya as well... Those damn pesky Miata's LOL. Listen that car on some KW, Maximum Motorsports or Griggs coilovers and other suspension bits will be a new car. Makes a major difference with those cars, cant wait to see the results. Congrats on the lap time

Yeah I can't wait to try some out. Looking at KW V3 (club sports aren't made for this car), Ebeich Multi pro R2 also 3 way with remote reservoir, or JRZ RS1

The JRZ's are serious and I wouldnt hesitate to go with the Eibachs either, good choices either way.

^ I hear great things about Jrz, I'm looking at the RS1 which is only single adjustable but may simplify things as I don't know how to set it and don't like having too many options. The others are 3 way adjustable

    Buttonwillow is small and tight?

I'm wondering if I will get into road racing at some point.

No it's a great mix some nice open turns, esses, technical and some fast stuff. Streets of willow is tight and big willow is well big and open except one area.

I highly recommend it. I mean If you are a car enthusiast shouldn't u want to?!! It's only one of the biggest parts of Motorsports!! Straight line got boring to me, unless u have a wicked fast car.

Ordered the AST 4150 coilovers today

Moton and AST are one company now, moton is one of the best, AST was supposed to be top notch along with JRZ, lots of race teams use them, although they use the top of the line kind which are much different.

They are a monotube design as well
