    2011 Mustang GT: 10.88 @ 127MPH

This time they have added a 100 shot of wet nitrous oxide to the mix.

^ That is just freaking ridiculous.

100 shot and 10's.... just like that. Yet us BMW guys struggle trying to reach it.

I think I'm convinced, bias-ply for me from now on.

Here is the funny sad part, I went to my local Ford dealership here in El Paso because I wanted to test drive one and they haven't received their allocations yet. This car has hit 10's (modified) and isn't even available everywhere yet...lol

Yeah, but at the end of the day, it's not a BMW, and that makes all the difference, imo.

To some, all that matters is who crosses the finish line first Click here to enlarge

If you think that's badge whoring, you should look up the difference between an enthusiast and someone who only cares about the label.

You know, this argument comes up all the time when idiots try to make fun of imports by saying (insert modded domestic saying he's running fast for x amount of money), and my answer is simple. Congratulations, your car is fast. I just don't want to drive a piece of $#@! like that; I want a car that looks good, handles well, and is comfortable and luxurious.

The first couple cars I test drove before buying my 135i was a new c6 vette and a Shelby gt500. they felt like a fast POS and crossed them off my list. I don't think anyone who has a clue about cars can argue that cars like the mustang and vette have close to the level of refinement and quality that BMW, Porsche, or Mercedes have.

Ford has taken giant leaps forward and the Mustang is no longer a POS inside or lacking in features. It is a really nice ride.

I have a craving for a Z06 as well... would not mind one as a second car. Sure, euros look better on the inside, but this is what people hear from the outside:

I prefer the displacement, sound, redline, naturally aspirated motor, and cost of the Z06.

ZR-1 is a badass car, but so is the z06, even more so for the money.

I was (and am) a Z06 fan, don't get me wrong. I think it was a very good move in the right direction for the Vette.

I have to say, though, the transition from the Z06 to the ZR1 (and from the original ZR-1) is phenomenal. It's SO much fun to drive.
