    • BimmerBoost member switches to C6 Z06, makes 732 rwhp, and doesn't look back

Was looking at these last night. Mid $30k will get you a decent 09 Z or 10 CTS-V. Can't decide which I should get...700whp in the Z would be a monster. But a couple thousand $ will easily get you mid 600whp in a CTS-V and it's got a back seat

Back seats just mean more weight.

Yeah but I get a car stipend from work and technically I'm supposed to get a 4 door to be able to take customers out. Though I don't think that is strictly enforced

Just throw people in the trunk if you need to.

After having a lightweight car I don't think I'll go back.

^ You don't want a boosted LS7 car. If you want to go fast with a C6 best setup would be a pro-charged LS3 Grandsport auto. Deep 9's all day easy with all the usual mods headers/cam/etc.

The LS7 cars are monsters and nothing touches them NA for NA, especially with spray on top but the manual trans kills your ET.

The Viper does. Especially with spray on top.

No it does not. Vipers are not running sub 9.5 all motor while the LS7 Z06 does it with stock bottom end.

Vipers beat it on a dyno, sure.

How many more LS7's are there and what is the price of the cars they are in? The Viper has lower production numbers and less people running it on the strip plus it is a newer car.

        More like from a roll.

What LS7 is making 1200+ whp on the stock internals with spray? None.

It's no comparison. The Viper is king.

That was all motor? Any nitrous? Impressive...I need more info on that build.
Looks like it pulled both front wheels off the ground...

I probably left a few mph on the table from lack of seat time in this car, but it was a lot of fun.
