    • HHP sticks a 4.5 liter Whipple on a Challenger Hellcat and makes over 1000 horsepower to the wheels

A 4.5 liter blower twin screw blower? Yes, please! This supercharger offers more displacement than most engines these days. It is not like the Hellcat's factory 2.4 liter twin screw supercharger is small but a 4.5 liter Whipple is going to move a lot more air.

Enough to easily top 1000 horsepower at the wheels:

On the factory internals no less. And look at that torque curve! No doubt you are wondering, what does it run in the 1/4 mile? Well, this setup is still being tuned and the kinks are being worked out but it is already in the 9's at 144 miles per hour.

      Expect much more to come.

Crazy. Probably 200hp worth of drag just to spin that thing. I'm guessing 4mpg city and 11mpg highway.

This makes sense. 4.5L blower and over 1000whp. The new Demon turd has a barely bigger 2.7L blower than a normal Hellcat. No way it is even close to the "leaked" 1023whp

turd? Talk about being spoiled. 840hp 5 years ago was considered crazyyyyy.

I am somewhat joking. I just can't stand the hype train around the Demon. It went on way too long and all of the BS "leaks" just made them look bad.
They should have released the actual specs weeks/months ago. A little hype is smart marketing, too much and it is annoying.

That new blower with bolt ons and on race gas is going to get close to 1000.... if not exceed it.
