    GIAC flashloader stock tune, 91 octane pump gas tune, and 100 octane race gas tune 991 Turbo dyno results

    GIAC is releasing more data regarding their 991 Turbo ECU tune. They used a Mustang dynamometer this time and the results are very interesting. The stock baseline for the 991 Turbo on 91 octane is 429 wheel horsepower. Compare this to their 497 wheel horsepower baseline on a Dynojet. With the addition of the GIAC ECU tune 91 octane pump gas output rises to 482 wheel horsepower and torque goes from 448 lb-ft to 494 lb-ft.

    Those are some very nice pump gas gains. The race gas numbers are the real eye opener as on the 100 octane race gas tune output rises to 531 wheel horsepower and 512 lb-ft of torque at the wheels. That is an increase of just over 100 horsepower at all four wheels over stock with 100 octane on the conservative Mustang dyno. The 991 Turbo clearly loves race gas.

    The timing benefit up top is evident as the peak torque figure does not change dramatically between the tuned 91 octane and 100 octane files but the torque gain through the curve from 3000 rpm on until redline is dramatic. That leads to 49 more peak horsepower at the wheels.

    that is some huge improvement for a flash +exhaust! someone know the turbo specs (k24) ?
