Need Help: Getting "bad file ECU needs to be written with known good file" errors...

I recently changed to the pump flash from the E85 flash to make a trip where there is no E85. When I got back home, I tried to flash back to the E85 flash and got a "bad file ECU needs to be written with known good file" error which is strange since I've been using these same 2 flashes for months now. It sent my ECU into recovery mode and I had to flash back to stock using WinKFP. I've even since gotten a new laptop and even tried loading the canned E85 BIN and still get the same "bad file" errors. Any help is greatly appreciated. My ECU is I8A0S MSD80 and my car is a 2007 model.

Thanks guys. Yeah, it turned out to be a voltage issue. I turned off my halos and pulled the LPFP fuse (I have the Walbro 455 in tank) and it flashed the first try. Click here to enlarge
