Looks like @Terry@BMS the 135i is going under the knife today! Congrats i cant wait to see what comes of this. I myself have been eyeing a single kit and now with Terry getting is hands on one the tuning will only get better and better! Hopefully Terry can fill us in on exactly what kit is going in and maybe keep this thread for updates as it comes along!

Actually we have FFTEC kits for both of our cars. Our MT has their 6466 kit (posted a dyno yesterday) and the 135i will get a top mount TS 5858 kit. Can't wait to start having some fun. We need to give the supercharged M3s a run for their money next shift sector. Click here to enlarge

Shiv may be an FFTEC employee now for all I know or at least hangs around their shop a lot. He's always posting photos of their stuff, etc. He's welcome to poke around the car and help as long as all PROcedes are kept within 15' of it. Click here to enlarge

Terry, what's gonna happen when the Vargas Stage 3s are released? It looks like that's your personal 135 and I don't know how many N54 shop cars you have left, but I assume one of the ST's will get swapped out?

Awesome stuff & it already looks like the JB4 tuning is coming along real well.

Lol only evolve M3s, been preoccupied studying 6Speed's Porsche section & applying for Law School ($#@! is $#@!ing miserable).

Terry, mind me asking why you de-committed? Gonna guess just the ST made the most sense -- It was available & you're already tuning some home projects, plus everyone is stuck waiting on the VTTS3s to be released

I logged into e90 the other day and it seems there a decent amount of posts with issues with the tunes from the OFT's. One guy is having massive overboost issues, another overheating, timing pulling back...ya know things that were seen as upcoming issues on it when the maps were first seen over here.

10.72 on the MT, maybe 10.9 for the 135i with the smaller turbo?

I'm not really surprised lol. He pushes the generic maps like they will work perfectly for every car, and now the kids are finding out that's not the case. I haven't been on there in awhile because I couldn't take it anymore. Jason's loss.

No way. The 135i did 11.1 on RBs. With another 100HP I'm betting 10.6. It'll go faster than the MT with a bigger turbo. MT 335i are very hard to launch.

Yeah, mid ten's most likely. With all the weight reduction that car has...

Well are we talking final numbers on e85 and meth or what? Cause if so I would completely change my thoughts. But I'm still thinking the MT because of the trans is going to be able to be pushed harder and will run the quicker time, but we'll see.

The issue with the car is the transmission. So until that is addressed the car won't be doing much at the track. But it went 11.1@129 with the RBs. I have to decide how to handle the gearing (maybe need to go down to 3.08s) but the goal is mid 10s @ 135. Click here to enlarge
