    ***VIDEO+PIC***Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG VBox Times / 60-130mph and 100-200kmh/

    Hi guys,

Went out with my bone stock SLS and did some pulls with the VBox. To be honest, I was impressed how well the SLS did. Due to cold weather, I had to disable the traction only the HALF WAY, otherwise it would be a spincity Click here to enlarge

Info about the car & the runs:

-These times had achieved with a driver and a passanger in the car.
-Traction was turned down only half way.
    -Runs occured at sea-level altitude.

    Here is the video:

    Here is the pic:

    Hope you guys enjoy!

Btw, have you guys ever seen a recorded vbox data(s) for other SLS AMG's? I did a quick research and all I could find was 100-200 time for another stock SLS. Click here to enlarge

Good Job. The SLS is a fast car in stock form. 7.9 60-130mph is amazing. My brother's SLS got a 7.6 from 100-200 here in the Mid-East with one passenger when it was completely stock in the summer. Make sure you get the DBM file and verify it on 6speedonline.com.

Very nice! I will verify it on 6speed. Yes 7.9 is very good and much better time than I expected. What is the 60-130 time of your brothers SLS and what mods does he have?

Yes we Vboxed it . The SLS now has Supersprint racing Headers + Xpipe with a custom PP-Performance tune. It now does 100-200kmh in 6.2 seconds winter. The air pressure and Humidity in the Mid-East doesn't usually allow for desired ET's

Nice find! but that 42,2sec is too damn long! Click here to enlarge I havent tried going up to 300kmh in my SLS, but when I am going to do it, I will definitely record it with VBOX.
