Jacob never has any details he just posts things to keep his rep count up. You should really consider removing the positive rep for simply posting a thread. Rep should be earned and awarded by other members.

Rep for new threads needs to exist to encourage creation of new discussions. New topics get most emphasis but if it is a topic without any substance a single click down eliminates the gain from the thread creation so I feel that is a good check.

I think that is what I was referring to. And then if it's some dumb ass post from someone who does it alot and you've already given them the click down, the system doesn't allow you to give them another click down - yet said individual can constantly create threads with no substance and receive pos rep. See what I mean ?
Perhaps the system could be modified so that if a user wanted to give someone a click down who they have previously done so to and the system won't let them again....you could have the option to bypass it but it would also reduce your rep score. So essentially you would be sacrificing your rep to neg rep someone. And you could also choose how much rep you want to use and there could be max limits like mine is at rep power 4 right now....it would be cool if I could say ok I've already neg repped this person and the system says I have to spread it around...but then I have the option to bypass that and take 1 rep point away from myself to neg rep someone else. It's my understanding that the rep system exists for us to police ourselves - but in it's current configuration it limits the ability to police. What I described above would allow users to be able to neg rep people, but there would be consequences if it was abused as you would be taking rep away from yourself also.
    I hope that makes sense...

Well I got negative repped for the thread. So some people are happy about it!

If it is consistent rep whoring I ultimately am the final check on that. If there is a consensus there will be more users involved than one anyway.

The bypass is an interesting idea but I think I prefer having subscribers have lower rep spread limits. If not a huge programming hurdle, I may do both.

Dubbed the F70 or Enzo II. Going to have a V12 with about 6xx hp, and KERS (some type of hybrid motor) that will produce an extra 3xx hp. Top speed of about 250 mph and is going to come with some type of dct.

Now that the F12 Berlinetta is the fastest production car Ferrari ever made (naturally aspirated 0-124mph in 8.5 sec), the Enzo is forced to save face (and stand up to its name) through extensive revisions.
